Milestone Certificates from ACCA

1. Diploma in Accounting & Business

For a student to obtain a Diploma in Accounting & Business, he/she must complete the following:

  • Foundation in Professionalism Ethics Module
  • Write and pass all the Applied Knowledge Exams (The on-demand exams)

How long does it take?

Depending on when the student takes the Ethics Module, it can take 6-12 months to obtain the certificate!

2. Advanced Diploma in Accounting & Business

For a student to obtain an Advanced Diploma in Accounting & Business, he/she must complete the following:

  • Ethics and Professional Skills Module
  • Pass both the Applied Knowledge Exams & the Applied Skills Exams(All 9 papers of the Foundation level)

How long does it take?

Depending on when the student takes the Ethics Module, it can take 12-18 months to obtain the certificate!

3. BSc (Hons) Degree in Applied Accounting by Oxford Brookes University.

A student can obtain a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Applied Accounting from the Oxford Brookes University if they complete the following:

  • Pass all Applied knowledge & Applied Skills exams (9 fundamental level papers)
  • Ethics and Professional Skills Module
  • Submit a Research and Analysis Report to Oxford Brookes University.

Our Partner for ACCA tuition, Duke Williams Ltd has mandated supervisor(s) at the university to supervise our students who opt for the degree.

4. Masters in Professional Accountancy by University of London.

A student can obtain a Master’s degree in Professional Accountancy from the University of London as one of the ACCA milestone certificates.

In gaining this certificate, the student will build on commercial, strategic and creative skills provided by the ACCA and also develop the academic perspective that will give him/her the opportunity to excel at work.

There are two pathways to obtaining the certificate:

After passing all fundamentals level exams (9 papers) instead of moving on to the ACCA Strategic Level Exams, the student can opt for the Master’s program. After completing the Master’s program, the student will be awarded both the ACCA professional level certificate and the Master’s degree.

After passing all 13 ACCA papers, the student can apply for the Masters, he/she will be required to complete at most 2 modules in Business/Finance and pay the required fee after which he/she will be awarded the Master’s degree.
